Market Snapshot for Cobb County, GA – March 2024

Here is a look at the housing market for Cobb County, GA on March 11, 2024. It is of note that the number of properties sold dropped by 89%! The spring market will heat up soon! We all know the interest rates are in the high 6% to 7%, but it is worth noting that, historically, those interest rates are not very high at all. We will most likely see a dip in the interest rates over the next 6 to 8 months, but that means all of the bystanders wanting to buy will flood the market with tons of buyers and prices will go up because inventory is still low below the $499,000 price point.
